What is the Carrots policy for collecting fees in person?

Generally, Farmers may not collect any additional fees or charges outside the Carrots platform unless expressly authorized by Carrots. This applies to orders and connections to clients made through the Carrots platform, not to any alternate business plans enacted by the  Farmer.
